How about if while you're cloaked you have no shields (so the cloak is kind of using the shields in some way? I dunno). Once the cloak has been deactivated, however that may be, you're shields will need to regenerate as if they were depleted. Also...

Nope. Best way to solve the stupid WP farming is (as stated on other threads), do what they did in MAG. No points for repairing friendly damage, or damage caused by pilot crashing into stuff. Problem solved, and no need for silly health bars...
